My program runs but the exercise does not pass
Compare the output with the expected result, including spelling, capital letters and extra lines. Use the hint, then run the program again. The checks compare output or page structure; they do not prove your solution handles every possible input.
Python or SQL takes a while to start
The first run downloads a Python runtime. Keep an internet connection available and wait for the loading message. If loading fails, try again. Stop interrupts an endless loop. Avoid input() in these introductory exercises; use named values instead.
Can I use the certificate as a qualification?
It records self-reported participation in a short EduConnect course. It is free, but it does not award academic credit, verify identity or replace an accredited qualification.
Where is my progress saved?
Without sign-in, it stays in this browser and is removed when you clear browser data. Account settings show whether cloud sync has been activated. Certificates and badges are motivational learning records, not verified exam results.
